PPC1 Dashboard is an internal advertising analytics application used by its owner to review and analyze the owner's own Amazon Ads account.
1. Data we access
When authorized through Amazon, the application may access advertising data associated with the authorized Amazon Ads account, including campaign names and status, budgets, targeting and keywords, bids, impressions, clicks, advertising cost, attributed orders and sales, placements, search terms, advertised products, and product targets.
2. Purpose of processing
The data is used only for internal advertising analytics, reporting, campaign monitoring, performance comparison, and PPC optimization for the account owner.
3. Report uploads
The dashboard may allow the owner to upload Amazon Ads CSV reports. In the current browser-only report mode, uploaded files are processed in the user's browser and are not intentionally transmitted to a third party by this website. If server-side synchronization is enabled in a future version, the application will store only the data needed to provide the analytics features described above.
4. Sharing and sale of data
Advertising data is not sold. The application is not intended to provide Amazon Ads account data to unrelated third parties. Infrastructure providers may process limited data only as necessary to host and secure the application.
5. Authentication and credentials
Amazon authorization uses OAuth. Sensitive credentials such as client secrets and refresh tokens must be stored on a secure backend and are not intended to be embedded in public browser code.
6. Data retention
Data is retained only for as long as reasonably needed for internal analytics, troubleshooting, and historical performance comparison. Locally imported browser data can be cleared by resetting the dashboard or clearing browser storage. Server-side retention rules may be added when API synchronization is enabled.
7. Revoking access
The account owner can revoke the application's Amazon authorization through the applicable Amazon account or authorization settings. After access is revoked, the application will no longer be able to request new Amazon Ads data with that authorization.
8. Security
Reasonable technical measures are used to protect application credentials and advertising data. Public frontend code must not contain Amazon client secrets or refresh tokens.
9. Contact
For privacy or data questions concerning PPC1 Dashboard, contact the application owner using the support email associated with the Amazon Developer account.
10. Changes
This policy may be updated when application functionality changes, including when Amazon Ads API synchronization or additional storage functionality is enabled.
